Your Order

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. Orders are confirmed via email after checkout, including delivery details and charges. However, the order is only accepted upon receipt of full payment. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Payment

We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard in AED or any other agreed currency. The completion of the checkout process and the receipt of a confirmation email do not constitute acceptance of your order until full payment is received.

Delivery / Collection

We offer delivery and collection options within countries where we operate. Delivery times and charges vary based on location and order type. If delivery or collection is delayed, we will inform you with a revised date. For store collections, orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Uncollected orders may be canceled, and refunds processed if possible.

Affordables Club

Currently, online orders cannot be linked to the Cotton Hub loyalty program. If this changes, customers will be notified during the order process.

Gift Messages

You may add a personal message to your gift orders. Messages must be non-commercial, non-threatening, and not offensive. We reserve the right to monitor, refuse, or terminate the gift message service as necessary.
