1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: AED 20, delivered within 2-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: AED 40, delivered within 1-2 business days.
• Free Shipping: For orders over AED 200, standard shipping is free.
• Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of products.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) are processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Partners

• We work with trusted UAE delivery services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

4. Delivery Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email/SMS, allowing you to track your package.

5. Failed Delivery and Reshipping

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or unavailable recipient, our delivery partner will make up to 2 additional attempts to deliver the package.
• If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to us, and you may incur a reshipping fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
• For lost packages, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with our delivery partner.
